Open your Outlook Express email programme
Click on Tools
Click on Message Rules
Click on Mail

The New Mail Rule box will appear.

Select the condition for your rule (step one in the New Mail Rule box). This includes looking for messages with specific words in the subject line and specific words in the message body, amongst a range of other choices.

Set the actions for your rule (step two in the New Mail Rule box). This includes moving emails with the specified terms in the subject line and message body to a different folder, copying them or deleting them.
