Outlook Express - Disabling JavaScript in email messages

Open your Outlook Express email programme
Click on Tools
Click on Options

Select the Security tab
Put a dot in Restricted Sites radio button
Then click Apply

Click your Start button
Point at Settings
Click Control Panel

In the Control Panel, double-click Internet Options
Select the Security tab
In the Web content zone, click the Restricted Sites icon
Then click the Custom level button.

In the Security Settings dialogue, scroll down and find Scripting
Under that will be Active scripting
Place a dot in the Disable radio button
Click OK

You've just changed the security settings for Outlook Express to Restricted Zone rules and disabled Active Scripting.
This does disable Active Scripting in all Restricted Zones, including web sites. You can add web sites to your Restricted Zone by clicking the Sites button on the Internet Options/Security tab from step 4
